If you want to get a soldier class, type /class soldier when you are level 10+
then /class soldier [2nd class] when you are level 25+.
If you want to get skills, type /allskill [your character name exactly] and you must have a 2nd class to do that.
After that relog if you want to have skills.

All of the NPC's that sell skillbooks are removed. This also prevents people from buying certain types of skillbooks like AoE skills that crash/lag the server.
