BIG PROBLEM: Few Problematic Bugs I Start To Encounter During These 2 Days

Dear GM,
greetings 1st of all.
Since yesterday,i have started to see problems in this server.
There's a total of 3 incidents gonna be listed. Here goes~

My ingame main charc is GrandSilencer,a lvl 197 Raider.

1st Incident
Yesterday i was doing trade wif WatPaPak,a Champion.
My inventory suppose to have 33 6th Binderunes.
After i've done a successful trade wif him,using my Socket Stats Titan Axe for his 4 6th Binderunes offer.
When i click to usable material section.
It's expected suppose to be 37 6th Binds right?
Wrong,there's only 4 binds shown,i was stunned at that moment.
How could untouched 33 binds inside inventory dissapear after the trade?
This is the very 1st heavy shock for me,y m i experience such kind of puzzled thingy?
One shot lost the whole collection of total 33 6th binds suddenly.
Not long after,I tried broadcast and question WatDaPak,when seeing him offer 10 Binds for Nameless Axe.
He just done the trade with me not long ago,howcome can suddenly offer 10 binds for another new axe within minutes?
I sent 2 more broadcast asking him to explain weather did he happen to picked up my lost binds during the trade juz now,he juz replied "What?" and no more from him.

2nd Incident
Today,obviously i still hav to carry on and play.Waiting for GM to on9 and ask.
GM Expertise is on today,bz participating,miss the chance to ask,especially frequent lag and disconnection.
Just now i was intending to upgrade a Socket +8Dexerity Netherland Gloves.
Gathered back another 13 6th Binderunes from hunt,placed inside storage this time round.
So i extract 9 binds out,den i decide to cancel to upgrade,afraid to lost this good glove before i found better ones.
This is where the 2nd incident happen,i placed back the 9 binds in storage.
The whole screen froze for some seconds,dunno why also.
And i continue placing another socket stats Plate Boots while waiting for it to load.
When back normal,i m astonish to found just the remaining 4 binds.
The 9 binds i placed in are nowhere in sight out of the 4 storage boxes.
So does the socket stats Plate Boots are gone along wif the 9 binds.
WAT THE FU**** HELL HAPPEN? WAT IS THIS? NOT AGAIN!!!!
I find and did the complain with the other ingame players about this incident at Training Ground.
They just said inform GM when online,else do post in forum.

3rd Incident
This is the worst case happen now.
Because the 2nd Incident is not as worse compare to other 2.
I learn that since it is not safe to hold especially 6th Binderunes inside invent or storage.
I decide to take the risk and do full upgrade of the Socket +8 Dexterity Netherland Gloves,with the binds i hav gathered from hunt again.
Successful result to +9,i'm thrilled and decided to throw in the D7 i've won days from the Hide&Seek.
When i pulled the Diamond into the Socket +8 Dexterity Netherland Gloves+9.
The whole client starts to hang.
I hav to force reset my whole CPU,juz to try logged back ingame.
When i tried logging in my Raider,the whole client auto shut down back to window mode.
Did few more tries,still same result can't logged in at all.
But luckily other my new charcs still able to logged on. GrandMage & GrandCrafter.

Therefore,i have no choice but to start this topic trying to notify about my problems.
Sorry for the long description,but i have to... in order to illustrate clearly what's going on.
So kindly seek GM help,please solve this sticky situation for me as soon as possible,thx.
Other players are free to voice out their ideas and comments about this incident as long it helps.

Umm,wat does it mean by trade bug? Have clearer explaination?

Erm,Admin and Moderator still yet made any action and replies.
It's crucial for me to know,weather any of my listed incident could be save,especially my main charc.
Can't log in,can't hunt and lvl to reached top 35.
All plans gonna be dashed.
Alot thingy would be delayed as time goes by.
Hereby kindly urge Admin staff to really look into this matter and made some reply post as soon possible to update me,thx again.

regarding your lost bindrunes...it is known as trade bug..but i never encounter it will affect your inventory as it was stored in different table.

regarding your client crash, i will investigate your account immediately.

Wat is the trade bug features?
Is it solvable in order to prevent further more similar cases happening in future?

Well this could be the 1st case in report.
It actually juz dissapear after after the slight short moment screen freeze when i juz take out and in.
Beside these 9 binds the socket stats plate boots were gone too.

Oh ya,and 1 more thing to point out.
Looks like certain skills are stucked halfway for various job classes.
Eg: MindBlessed lvl3,even with the points can't further increase to lvl 4 onwards till max.
See if this bug is solvable too,by looking into it,thx once again for the xtra trouble.

But i juz found out tat ya forgot to reset back my password.

I couldn't logged in now. XD

After Gravit suggest me to pm ya my password.
I did so,den notice ya pm msg,guess no need ya to reset back for me den.
Till i figure out which section to reset password. XD

Juz logged in and found out,the Socket +8Dex Netherland Gloves+9 & Diamond 7 are gone. T_T
See if ya able to recover back for me.

Looks like Admin need to log back account to fix my Raider again.
This time it says only Platinum User are allow to use this charc.
WTH,y is all these bugs happenning on me in a row?

Sadly to say,my Raider GrandSilencer now still can't be logged.

It says only Platinum users are allow to select.

Guess ya juz do wat's needed to fix tat,till when ya do so,den i'll switch play my new 2nd acc charc.

It shows incorrect password,even though it's correct.
Guess i'm gonna be considered as a problematic user ever,encounter combo bugs in a row.
