All of my items are gone

When I logged in this morning around 9:20am (9:20pm for Admin) all of my items/foods/mats that were equipped and in my inventory were gone, including my cart pieces. I checked and there was still stuff in my storage. Last night before the server update happened all of my items were fine.

Edit: Is there any way I could get them back or have my class changed? I lost all of my soldier stuff and im stuck at lvl 224 not being able to kill anything and reborn to a class I have gear for.
