where to find Talisman n bindrune?

I had kill many enemies but none of them drop talisman or bindrune..

Did the enemies dropped them? or.. Is there a shop selling them ? or they all discarded from the game like skill books?

You can farm bindrunes, talismans.. from high level areas ( not prison.. ). From high lvl area you can get 6 th talis, binds.

From Luna Clan Field, you can get 4 th talis or bind

for grade 6, you can farm me at go 37, 22 , 23 and 24

you can also also find 6th grade binds in 21 in the deepest part
of the map...

go 37 also a good place to hunt grade 6 bind and talis.
