Can I Reset my Stats After Reborn?

Is it ok to reset my stats (Cornell's stat reset) after I have reborn? I never tried to because I was afraid of what the people in Solarose call "Negative Stats" Now, I have reborn 3 times... I am planning to reset it when I reborn again.
BTW... What are negative stats?

I havent tried that Cornell guy, but you shouldnt use him at all EVER. This is because the stat reset guy will reset your [color=red]stats[/red], not your stat points. So if you have 10k str it will go to 15 so you dont want to use him ever. When people say negative stats they mean negative stat points. When you get negative stat points you cant use any more stat points to build your char stats like STR, INT, DEX, CON, CHA, and SEN. Its basically a wasted reborn. You can avoid getting negative stat points by simply watching your stat points. If your chars stat points go above 32k, they will become negative because the rose client only supports 32k.
