account is already logged in?

my ign is kayzen, it says my account is already logged in so an admin plz d/c my character or is there another way to fix this bug?

If it says your account is already logged in then just hit confirm and log in again. Thats always worked for me.

Why it shows account logged in?
Answers: 2 possibilities

1st) Earlier you have entered your password and reached avatar waiting list,but force to end task using (ctrl+alt+del) cause it stuck and hang there.
Server record it as still logged in despite you force end task client for restart.
That's why when 2nd time you keyed in password,it show such notice.
Simply follow what Mooo said,juz rekey password again. It's done,you are in.

If so recommendation,immediate reset new password then.

try to log-in again....
it will work!
