"Downloading Avatar List" Empty

Ok, here is the problem.

I am running Rose Evo, V. 155. Everytime i login everything goes great. When I choose the server, It says "Downloading Avatar List...." And it stays like that until I click cancel.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

P.S: I followed every guide here, It still doesn't work.

Thats happens when someone crashes the server... Only way to fix that problem is to restart the server. Thats not ur internet, client.. Just crash.. Topic Locked.
