An Error??

Ok this is what happned:
1. I made a account (new) and i created a character.
2. I click the character and press Start.
3. Whenever i click Start, a window pops up saying theres an error.

How do you solve this "error"?

can u described this error?? or make a printscreen out of it?? if its Trose error, try uninstall the solarose patch then reinstall it , oh can u tell us the client version of your rose??

maybe u just put solarose on top of other rose?
