| I dont know about real rose for bindrune or talisman drop, but for private server evo, every kind of drops has certain monster who responsible to it. So yeah, certain mob drop it.
The drop rate of talisman and bindrunes should be rare. If we increase the drop rate any higher, you probably will not find mats most of the time...only equipments. | |
