1st.. This is class section..
2nd.. There is question forum ( http://solarose.niceboard.org/i-have-a-question-f12/ )
3rd.. You can get it from monster.. Idk from what monster, but i think monster wont drop them.. Just lvl to 145 - 155 and ull get dual sword 145 or 155 lvl..

Nice answer:
If you mean the dual flare swords (and i think you do), they can be bought from the smith in go 4 if you have version 1.61+.
