Are they skill giving NPCs? -noob at real ROSE xP-
Because they took those away.
To get skills, you have to reach level 25 and type /class secondjobhere
Then type /allskill yournamehere (e.i., if your char name is nagatron2, then you'd type /allskill nagatron2. Caps count,too.). | |

then /class knight
or /class champion
Then you may do /allskill YourUsername (caps count)
You don't need any NPCs except the shops ^__^ | |
