please help me...

im a lvl 213 Cleric... and ive been reborn once... i have 1000 int and 200 dex 100 CON how come i cant kill anything that will give me over .25%? ... what should i kill?
also say i wanted to restat into a Raider w. a launcher... what should i put my Stats into/ skills.

U must have big stats, if u want to be Raider w/ a launcher.. ( Not big for me )

raider owns ^^ i only have like 1.3k con so im not a launcher yet. but thsats odd. get a solo party and kill chefs and those other weirdos right next to chefs. after 225 it takes a long time though 0.0 what are you killing?
