Hawker question

i saw some1 using a wand but shooting it very very fast.... im assuming they are a raider.... what path should i take to get tht skill?

for raider skills you type /class hawker at lvl 10, then /class raider at lvl 25.
after that type /allskill [your name]. the attack speed skill is called
Velocity Accordance (it is better than Hawker Accordance)
