Did you get the latest solarose client? If not, go get it, as the ip has changed and you would not be able to login otherwise. If its not a problem with the client, then it may be possible that your firewall or something has blocked access from the rose client.
(Edit:btw, you are supposed to use the bat file to run it now)
If you have trouble getting that bat, then open a note pad and copy the text below into the notepad and save it as a bat file (take not of this.. its not a txt file.. its a bat file) and put it in the same folder as your Trose.
This is what it says in the bat file:
