put the keras respawn time lower and put kera chamber and dragons and moss golems just like V2

Uhh, since we kinda did just get it up, to have those up that soon would be quite, tedious for the admin to do, since he is still trying to figure out the v3 db. but we are planning to do that after he has modified the monsters. So please be patient and you shall be rewarded.
