well, just my personal opinion. Dont you think the banner background a bit busy and showy which overwhelm solarose and 777 rates information.

Hmm i think the solarose and the rates infro should be more "outstanding" given the bright backgreound. Perhaps you could whitewash the background a bit or make the text a brighter colour or something?
