when i pick my character and click start. my client always close.

i followed the instruction on the website on how to install solarose

Do you use Vista?
If so, Right click on the Launcher (.bat file), click properties, click on the Compatibility tab, check in the 1st box, click the arrow, select Run as Windows XP (Service Pack 2), click Ok, Right click again and run as Admin.
Should Work.

Does it just close down w/o warning?


You may want to re-download the files to v.226,
or you could run a virus scan as well.




Did you also try to log in on a different character to check if it wasn't the character himself
