| That message mostly appears when the server is offline.
Maybe, try again?

| I'm still getting it... I've followed the instructions in the Guides, and I don't see what I can do to fix it... And it's actually XP  , the "XP SP2" isn't in my list as I assume it's a default that on XP. | |

| ok xD, hmm are you sure you have v3 installed correctly on the ROSE folder?
and it has to be updated to the newest version. you can do that by going to trigger detect> set your settings> click apply> and let is update. | |

| Ok. It's been updated; I believe it's all done correctly. However, I still get the Server DEAD.
I'm pretty sure it's all updated; spent like 2 hours doing so D: | |
