. .Sir Admin, ,is it possible dat u can fix or is it Ok that u'L fix d skiLLs - i mean , ,so we can upgrade it from lvl 3 to lvl 4. .coz if we Up it to 4 , it will not work. .
. .coz Clerics need to higher der buff level for buff effect increasement. .

Depends if you have some luck.
Some skills cannot be updated without having it not working. Some won't. You can always reset your skill by using the /allskill command again, but the skill points you used on the skills are gone forever - they WILL NOT come back no matter how many times you /allskill. So, really, redoing /allskill will always will be your last resort.

• One of the cleric charm cannot be maxed without being bugged
  
• Huscle charm won't work if you level it beyond lv.3, which is the default level when you used /allskill
  
• You are free to max the defense buff under the support tab without being bugged
  
• Do not max the crit charm. You will have enough sense to crit regularly if you build your char correctly
  
• Do not max buffs that you don't need if there's a more powerful version of it, like the cleric attack buff versus the attack buff under the support tab, because if you decide to risk putting skill points to any buffs, you risk having bugged skills and will need to reset again.
  
• Valyke charm does not work even it's in its default level. Don't bother with it
