FS Cleric aint so FS

so i'm playing with my friend, and when i try to buff her, she gets like 3 buffs only and the others dont work? they are cast on me instead? why? bug? am i dumb? pls help a little newbie like myself:)

Are you in party with her? If you are not, she can't get all the buffs.

in rev 81 version, full buffs only can be given to party members
