Clan merging of both Nebs & Fenix.

Pheonix's Side Responds:
Decline/Rejection against agreement.

Reasons Behind:
1st) One of the Key Attraction symbolize of SolaROSE, currently considered as 2 active well strong organization.
2nd) Clan overall leadership personalities: 2 Clan Leader, Different Ruling Style, Different Personality = Unable Co-exist
3rd) Pheonix new clan lead,did not join in the elaboration talks about Merging. (No answer due to listing other more realistic ideas at that moment.
4th) Too many different responds,brickering occurance at that time,no black and white stated clearly as Treaty Agreement.Therefore,just rough idea spreading around = Not Counted.
5th) [GM]ChiE & [GM]Expertester support unmerge plan,reduce future conflict and unseen problems. (6th Sense Tells)

Pheonix's Vision of NEW PLAYER Growth Plan Suggestion:
1st) All "Considered" old faces veterans,restrict themselves from active event participation.
Answer: Allow new players to earn prizes with their own abilities,to grow stronger steadily as each participation passes.

2nd) Veterans are to help out newbies. (Note: Not through just free better items,BUT much practical ways like redirecting them to learn more about game play from available forum's sticky threads etc... (Teach them how to fish to keep themselves survive,not just giving free food to them) <-- How many times can you feed them?
(Unless they show great enthusiasm and independent spirit,may result auto approach of better helps like Buffs & Support Items Given)
Newbies are responsible to read before they start playing,no point complaining if finding themselves loses out during event,because of insufficient information or pure laziness (choosing easy way out).
Answer:They will grow and progress well with positive integrity and honor,respect will be earned not given.

3rd) New blood of Nebs & Fenix allow to participate in clanwar. (Veterans will be name picked out and restrict from joining)
Strongly encourage new players to start forming and building their strength. New faces meets new faces.
Answer: Giving new players hope and chances,there's no total such thing as old power shown of DOMINATION in here,yes this server SolaROSE. (Nebs & Fenix Veterans can still organise private clan war,just for fun with no prizes expecting if wanted) (Let's see how's the NEW CLANS turn up rate for CW in weeks to come)

4th) Old veterans act as in game mentors as long within individual own capabilities limit. (Example: Don't expect same user to provide help to others, other veterans can take turns to balance stress load for incoming growing numbers.
Answer: Veterans more or less well equiped,what''s more new stuff to look into? While waiting for new map Orlo to be implemented,soooo now help out and do seeding for server~ by the time Orlo is in. This will be more interesting due to more active men hanging around the server 24/7 mode. (<--Plan for the future,fail to plan or plan to fail,u decide)

1)Strong clan members,recorded actions of intaking Event prizes buy/trade offering to newbies who won. [Example: Peridot Gem Grade 7 (+25 Attack Speed)]
2)Same user,logging into different character.
3)Aware of the rules,yet still trying to test and break law and rules.

Crime Act: 1)NooBoT still participate in Hide & Seek Event,despite earlier Meeting Treaty at Junon Gathering. P7 given off reluctantly which are meant for newbies with easy hide. 2)Guide own clan member Mooo to 2nd hide spot and run off,sighted by radar. (Pls,I dun even give any hint to clanmates through clan channel,i believe earning from ownself is way better from others~hope u can kindly do so,control yourself) (Dun make them live under your shadow)
Crime Act: NackVision continues to intake and making broadcast offer for P7 in public,despite reasons and negotiation given.

Result: Strong remain stronger & Weak remains weaker. As time and events goes by.
Question: So WTH? Is this how Joo want to see in SolaROSE? Answer me pls,thank you.

Nice intelect discussion Grand. Well Done. Thumb up from me. It clearly show your maturity in observing and intention to improve Solarose instead of self interest. Your focus on a better community is absolutely awesome..

But there is some obstacles that need further discussion :


Issue : Vet player should help newb player and become a mentor.

Discussion : In such an ideal world, it is perfect but in real world or even in virtual world, it hardly happen because, even the char is veteran, but the player behind the monitor still kid, teenage or simply said under-age, who are self centered and work hard to make his/her char getting stronger and able to pawn other. This is normal for any MMORPG and the real motivation for most MMORPG player is to leveling, get leet item, pawn other char. Only, for those who are very rare breed (even in real life), are borned with leadership, willing to help and guide other people without any advantage to themselve. This is what we call leader. As an Admin in Solarose, and 27 years old man, I could say, there is less than 10 vet players who are born as a leader in Solarose.

Even certain GG, he/she/they is/are just good at hosting event but fail misserabally to guide newb, have a lot of patience, warm hearted and willing to help others without any reward. No need for me to mention their name here, but you as solarose player, you might know which GG or vet player is GREAT and who just SO SO. So my point is : It will be awesome if this situation could happen, but don't keep your hope too high. However, GGs are responsible to lead, guide and help newbie. That is why GG has certain advantages. You lazy to work your arse, you will be kicked out from your office.


Issue : Old player buying P7 from new player

Discussion : It is normal for me. Really really normal in any MMORPG. Tell me which MMORPG, the veteran player which has 1337 items, trillions of money, don't buy rare items from new player. Some of them even scam new player. But we prohibit any kind of scam activity here. Scammer will be banned. Nuff said. But, what certain vet player did is perfectly normal and there is no way for any Admin, GM or even GG to block it. They work hard to get their elite items, and tonne of money. They spend countless of hours to achieve that ranking, so they actually deserve to do that one. Since the new player sell that item to vet player, it is new player 'self will' to do that thing. Every one has different method on how to value items. Some might think p7 is the greatest thing, but for certain player, they want wing instead. They prefer look over performance. This phenomenon is normal for homosapien. Just look at our real world car scenario..there is a lot of Ah Beng mod car which a great look car but performance as good as shite. However, certain modder just concentrate on handling, performance and horse power without even care what kind of sport rim his car should have. My point : different human has different kind of taste, need and how to value items.


Issue : Multi-Client Method to gain prize from HnS for example.

Anyone get caught, 1 month ban. Second time get caught, permananet ban. Nuff said. (Once GG or GM suspect something, they will PM me your IGN, and i will check from DB. Any kind of argument will not be entertained here)


Issue : GG tell clan mate where other GG hide

Once you get cought (for example by using /goto command) and can be proven, your /goto function will be remove for 1 month. Second time get cought, 1 month ban. Third time get caught ...permanent ban.

However, if the GG guide his clan mate base on his/her solely knowledge alone (which mean, he dont use /goto command), I have no issue here. Yes, it might a bit unfair to other player who got no clan (that is why we encourage them to form a clan...!!), but, there is no other method to block this activity. Let say, GG A broadcast hint as : Place which we can host cart racing....and it is surrounded by water. If GG B, by reading that hint alone, he know that the location should be Doplhin Island, and guide his clan mate to find what NPC, what map etc...this is LEGAL and ALLOWABLE. Clan = friend, guide, community, help each other etc. GG or not GG, clan still clan. GG = you have extra power but have extra responsible (hosting event, guide newb, help newb and not limited to your clan alone).

Issue : New blood in Neb or Pheonix can join clan war.

NOPE. No matter new blood or old blood, neb and pheonix will be ON HOLD status until further notice. If you are so eager to participate clan war, quit from neb or pheonix (either temporary or permanent), joint other clan or form your own clan. Estimated on hold : 3 to 5 CW. This decission was made due to some rumours which said neb and pheonix want to merge ; which is STRONGLY not recommend by me. Don't let me repeat the reasons which I already explain to both leaders.

Are you accusing me of receiving help from Hate? If so let me know the time and event because I have never received help from him or any clan mates in HnS events and I'm consistently one of the top HnS players.

Answer : No doubt he noes indeeb,but not around ingame. Others are actively ingame and "may" ( those choose to keep quiet) or "may not" (never declare honestly,who noes).
