i get to first advertisment and it says client problem help please

well i have read alll the the topics related to this and i tryed what u guys said and it doesnt work could i get some help the first adverstiment is there for like 2 seconds then it says client stopped working i run vista but supposly other people do and they are playing the game

Try to reinstall Rose client ( delete from Control Panel, den install normally and update it )

in vista, try to run under administrator privilage. Still out of lucks, try to set the compatibility to XP SP2
