Maiden (items gone)

GM i really dont know what happens to my items, i will attached screenshots....

we are leveling with my brother eunace in prison, then it got too laggy.... then we both dc
after an hour, i try to log in again, but i was surprise that all my items gone except my suit & helm....

even we are only new here in solar rose, we tried enough to gain items in events..
my brother eunace already accept what happened to his sunglass & wings... but it happen again to my account IGN Maiden... do we really need to accept that the items just gone.... charged again to experienced??? my Event items gone (Vivor Shield, Dual Engine, Astarot Wings)

I know those items maybe junk for others but for us its precious....
